Understanding the needs and desires of the customer has took Greg on a journey from a single van, full of carpet samples, to now operating out of Chambersburg area's largest flooring and kitchen store.
When customers wanted access to more flooring samples than his van could hold, Greg left the van life and opened Floor Coverings International atop Radio Hill. When customers needed help with kitchen and bathroom remodels, installation of cabinets and countertops, Greg left the limitations of a franchise and opened Superior Floorcoverings & Kitchens. Now customers want better pricing and control over the project. And Greg is delivering!
To meet the consumers demand for lower prices on higher quality product, Greg joined Floor Trader Outlet - a buying group of premier flooring. As a Floor Trader Outlet Greg can stock and provide access to tons of flooring at factory direct pricing. To meet the consumers desire to have control over installation, installation is not included in pricing. Do-It-Yourselfers will love the ability to choose their flooring and (for most product) take it home the same day! Floor Trader Outlet of Chambersburg also carries everything needed to install the floor (subfloor, glues, adhesives, thinsets, grouts, thresholds, molding etc.). Not a Do-It-Yourselfer? Customers have the option of choosing their own installer or contractor or we can recommend one our own trusted expert installers. Either way the consumer benefits from not having to pay a third party mediator.
